周勝華

周勝華，1978 年開始練習空手道，剛柔流空手道柳心館二段，在香港懲教署工作，曾擔任懲教署體能及自䘗術教官。

Mr. Chow Shing Wah started doing karate since 1978, he is holding 2nd degree black belt of Goju ryu karate Ryushinkan. As a senior inspector of Hong Kong Correctional Service Mr. Chow also performed tactical training, physical education and self defense in Staff Training Institute between 1995-2000.
